Tony Scorsone started Total Construction Services (TCS) after years of working in the construction industry; with the hope of one day being able to provide a seamless construction process to all their clients. TCS is made up of some of the most knowledgeable and hardest working individuals in the construction industry. Choosing your contractor is a critical step in bringing your project from an idea on paper to a standing structure. Our attention to detail paired with top-notch employees will see that every part of the construction process goes as smooth as possible.
TCS Construction offers a full range of delivery methods, including CM At-Risk, Cost- Plus, Design/Build, and Lump Sum/Hard-Bid. Our Construction experience provides us with the knowledge and understanding of the different types of materials and methods of construction. From pre-engineered metal buildings, load bearing masonry structures to conventional structural steel building, we are well versed in all of these aspects of construction. TCS Standards
For any project we propose one Project Manager, Project Engineer and one Superintendent. We have additional staff members (project coordinators, project engineers) that we can utilize during peak times during the construction process if required. Any of these staff members that we utilize during the project are at no additional costs but are only used in an effort to keep things flowing and running seamlessly.
