Construction Management can take on several different forms, and our team has experience in each

form. The most common is the “CM at-Risk” process that combines Pre-construction Services and

General Contracting under one umbrella. In the “CM at-Risk” process, TCS Construction will be a part of

the decision-making team, from design through the end of construction. TCS Construction is an AIC

certified professional constructor.
